Our return policy covers any potential risk when a client purchases a product from our shop, through a policy guaranteed by PayPal. If the product doesn’t reach the client in a maximum of 60 days, the client can ask for a full refund, due to one or more of the following reasons: nonconforming product, damaged product, the product is different from what is presented on the website. The refund is only aplicable if the client has followed the terms and conditions of the website.
It is very important that you also follow these rules in order to be sure you can apply for a refund:
– Please keep the invoice that accompanies the delivery, in case of you will be making subsequent complaints regarding the conformity of the product purchased from our company. The name, model, product code, date of purchase, product price can be found in the invoice, and in case of a complaint all these must accompany the product.
– Do not remove the label(s) from the product, because their absence invalidates the warranty.
– The composition, care instructions and icons containing the cleaning and maintenance instructions for the product you purchased from our company can be found on its inner label. It is mandatory to carefully read the interior labels/icons/instructions for use and maintenance before using and/or maintaining the product, as they are specific to your product, and to follow them exactly.
– If you consider that the product purchased from our company has non-conformities or manufacturing defects, please contact us as soon as possible at the e-mail address: adelexpress@office.com or at the telephone number 0040744188800. – Upon receipt of the returned product, our company will analyze it in full and will inform you of the contact details you have provided us regarding the right to have your product replaced or reimbursed with its equivalent value within the aforementioned 60 day period of time. The established time period will not exceed this timeframe, and it is calculated from the date on which the buyer, as the case may be, informed our company of the nonconformity of the product or handed over the product based on a handover document, signed by both parties.
