Adelexpress offers worldwide free shipping.

The shipping is processed through various postal services around the world and usually takes around 30 days from the moment the order was placed on our website. Once the order has been placed, the client receives the name of the shipping company and a tracking number that allows them to follow his product on its way to home.

You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after you have placed it. If you do not receive any email from us, please check your spam folder. This is very important because, if you do not receive the order confirmation email, you also will not receive the email with your shipment notification and tracking information.

After receiving the shipment, if you find that any product is missing, please inform us immediately. Also, if you do not receive your package within 60 maximum days from the moment you have placed the order, please inform us, so we can investigate what went wrong and fix the situation as soon as possible. In rare cases, the delivery may take longer due to bad weather, flight delays, national holidays or festivals, customs clearance procedures or other unforeseen circumstances. You can cancel your order for any personal reasons. If the shipment has left for your country, we cannot cancel your order.

In the unlikely event that a product you have purchased is damaged or wrong, then you have the option to return it. The item must be in the original package and returned with all accessories. You cannot return products that are used or not in the same condition and package as you received it, installed or used items, products that have been tampered with or have missing pieces.

During our packaging process, we make sure that we offer to the products as much care and protection as possible, to ensure that they will safely arrive at their new destination. If you place an order on our website, you can be sure the product, be it a desk lamp or a wooden watch, will get to you in exactly the shape you saw it on our website. Also, for the package to arrive at your destination, we also need your help. When you place an order on our website, make sure you provide the complete and accurate shipping address including the zip code and a mobile phone number. This will ensure a faster and better delivery, for you to be able to enjoy your favorite product. If the shipment arrived in your country and there is no response from you, your package will be returned back to us.
